TERMS & CONDITIONS
1.2 The Seller’s offer is directed at Customers over the age of 18 who are capable of acting.
1.3 All information is subject to change without notice.
1.4 The contract shall come into effect with the delivery of the order confirmation by the Seller. If the payment method “Paypal”, see point 2.4, or “Amazon”, see point 2.5, is chosen by the Customer, the contract is concluded after successful payment of the purchase price.
1.5 By placing an order, the Customer acknowledges these GTC.
2.2 The prices quoted by the Seller include the legal value added tax and other price components, valid in the currency indicated in each case. Any additional delivery and shipping costs will be stated separately in the product description.
2.3 The Customer has various payment options at his disposal which are indicated in the Seller’s online shop.
2.5 If the payment method “Amazon Payments” is selected, payment shall be processed via the payment service provider Amazon Payments Europe s.c.a., 38 avenue John F. Kennedy, L-1855 Luxembourg (hereinafter referred to as “Amazon”), subject to the Amazon Payments Europe User Agreement, which can be viewed at https://payments.amazon.de/help/201751590. If the Customer selects “Amazon Payments” as the payment method as part of the online ordering process, he shall also issue a payment order to Amazon by clicking on the button completing the ordering process. In this case the Seller declares already now the acceptance of the offer of the Customer at the time in which the Customer triggers the payment process by clicking the button completing the order process.
2.6 The Seller reserves the right to obtain credit checks on the Customer and may forward Customer data to third parties for this purpose.
3.2 The Seller is entitled to make partial deliveries, provided that they are reasonable for the Customer in the individual case. If a part of the ordered goods cannot be delivered, there is no right to cancel the entire order. Further claims by the Customer cannot be made.
3.3 The delivery of goods takes place regularly by dispatch to the delivery address indicated by the Customer. The delivery address stated in the order processing of the Seller is decisive for the transaction. In deviation from this, when selecting the payment method PayPal or Amazon Pay, the delivery address deposited by the Customer with PayPal or Amazon Pay at the time of payment is decisive.
3.4 If the transport company returns the shipped goods to the Seller because delivery to the Customer was not possible, the Customer shall bear the costs for the unsuccessful shipment.
3.5 The Seller insures the goods against damage in transport.
3.6 The Customer undertakes to check the delivered goods immediately for correctness, completeness and intactness. Damage to the delivered/collected goods must be reported to the Seller as soon as possible, but no later than 5 calendar days after delivery.
4.2 The Seller grants a voluntary right of return for standard products for the period of time specified in the online shop at the time of purchase.
4.3 By filling out the return request in the online shop, the Customer can register the goods for return. The goods must be sent to the Seller in the original packaging, complete with all accessories and with the printed return note attached, at the Seller’s expense and risk.
4.4 The Seller checks the return within 5 working days and shall pay the purchase price to the Customer. Any damage, repair or refurbishment costs will be notified to the Customer in advance and deducted from the amount to be refunded.
4.5 Products purchased from other online stores cannot be submitted to the Seller for return.
4.6 Defective products can be reported to the Seller in the online shop by filling out the RMA form. The information is to be provided by the Customer completely and truthfully. The Seller checks incoming notifications within a maximum of 5 working days and contacts the Customer with a solution proposal.
4.7 If the defective product has to be shipped to the Seller by the Customer, the Seller shall bear the shipping costs.
4.8 Defective goods will be repaired or replaced by the Seller free of charge. There is no right of cancellation for the Customer.
4.9 The Seller offers a standard 24-month warranty on all items sold in the online shop.
4.10 By joining the Seller’s “Swiss Lifetime Warranty” program, the Customer grants a lifetime warranty against possible defects in materials and workmanship. Due to legal restrictions in Germany, this period is unfortunately limited to 30 years.
6.2 The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG 0.221.211.1) is expressly excluded.
6.3 The place of jurisdiction for legal disputes arising from the contractual relationships shall be the courts responsible for 8832 Wollerau, Switzerland.
